KGM announced that it sold a total of 8,849 units in November; 3,309 units domestically and 5,540 units in exports.

Although sales decreased by approximately 1,000 units compared to October due to disruptions in production caused by heavy snowfall, year-on-year sales have increased by 26.4%, driven by strong export performance.

Exports saw significant growth in markets such as Hungary, Chile, and Turkiye, achieving the highest sales since April (6,088 units) and more than double November 2023 sales.

Leading the surge was the Torres, selling 1,578 units - this was double the model's sales in the previous month (602 units) and previous year (600 units).

Although domestic sales have decreased year-on-year due to issues in production, KGM has made efforts to strengthen local market presence, including opening a pop-up test drive center.

Last month, KGM opened a pop-up drive center near Segok-dong in the Gangnam district of Seoul to cater to customers interested in experiencing the KGM brand. Following the opening of the first test drive center in Ilsan last June, the official launch of this facility is set for next February as the second KGM Experience Center (KEC).

Additionally, to capitalize on rising export volumes, KGM is intensifying its efforts in global markets by expanding the global launches of new models like the Actyon and strengthening cooperation with overseas sales networks.

A KGM representative stated, "Thanks to the upward trend in export volumes, November sales increased by 26.4% year-on-year. Alongside aggressive marketing strategies like opening new test drive centers, we will also ensure a robust response to the domestic market to further increase sales volumes."
