South Korea plans to implement economic policies in a way that helps boost corporate investment and private
spending, the Finance Ministry said Monday.

According to the ministry, the government will target a 5-percent economic growth rate next year, higher than
this year's estimated 4 percent, and create 350,000 job openings, 50,000 more than this year.
